Description
The Safety Compliance Certification Label, also known as a door jamb label, is located on the driver’s side door jamb (door latch post pillar). It provides information such as:
- MAKE: Manufacturer of the vehicle
- DATE: Date of manufacture.
- VIN: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- GVWR: Gross Axle Weight Rating for each axle of the vehicle.
- TIRE: Tire size.
- RIM: Rim size.
- PRESSURE: Recommended tire inflation pressure.
- EXT PNT: Exterior paint code.
- WB: Wheelbase.
- INT TR: Interior Trim.
- TR: Transmission (auto/manual).
- SPR: Spring.
- AXLE: Axle code.
Many states require vehicles to have a Safety Compliance Certification Label, but the label may be missing from your vehicle due to a collision, body work, repainting, etc. We can reproduce these labels for most vehicles. You must provide a photo of another VIN tag on your vehicle before we will produce your label.
Reproduction labels use quality vinyl with lamination, high-strength adhesive, and are made in America.
Production time: we will do our best to quickly reproduce and ship your label, but due to the custom nature of these replicas, please allow 1-3 weeks processing time.
Important note: we are not affiliated with any auto manufacturer. The labels we provide are replicas/reproductions, not OEM.
